Return and Refund Policy


Due to the collectibility of our items and the second-hand nature of many items that we sell, we are unable to accept returns.   We take extreme care in storing all items in the condition that they were acquired and we carefully package them for shipping.  We also include detailed item descriptions and photos so that any defects, damages, dents or dings are noted and disclosed.  If you feel like you received a damaged item, or that an item was misrepresented, we will of course consider a return but only in extenuating circumstances and on a case-by-case basis.  We want happy customers and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in its the packaging that you received it in.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for shipping and handling costs and must insure the item.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded your purchase price (less shipping costs) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
